    I found Mike and Trish to be honest and empathetic. They went OUT OF THEIR WAY to find a nearby dealer and a towing service when my truck broke down and needed warranty repairs done. There was literally nothing to gain financially for them, since I had to get to a dealer. But they took a lot of time out of a hectic morning to help me, a total stranger!
